Our journey began in 1989. In the beginning, the main purpose of the company was to provide a source of lightning protection for equipment in oil fields, and we became a distributor of Surge Protective Devices (SPDs). In the last 30 years, the company has expanded its capabilities to include top-of-the-line products and consulting services. Our goal is to continuously work on new developments to increase the longevity of ESPs.

The team is comprised of members who are regarded as subject matter experts that continue to research more ways to improve the industry worldwide. The company continues to develop new products and analytical services, resulting in measurable improvements for producers.

The CEO of Magney Grande Distribution has utilized her passion for continuous improvement in helping all producers and lead a team that created a world-renowned conference that is attended bi-annually by engineers, producers, manufacturers, and many others in the oil industry. In 1986, she identified the need for producers to convene and discuss challenges and best practices in the ESP industry, which was known as the ESP Workshop. The practice continues today and is now known as the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Gulf Coast Section, Electric Submersible Pumps Symposium and is attended by professionals from all over the world.
